WHAT WE DO
Some roles can’t be posted. They have to be placed.
We work with a select group of private clients and exceptional candidates navigating roles that sit at the intersection of the professional and the personal. Think estate managers, household directors, personal and executive assistants, and private chiefs of staff positions where the boundary between a job description and a relationship is intentionally blurred.
AG Advisory exists for clients who require more than a résumé, and for candidates who deserve more than a job board.
HOW WE WORK

We don’t operate at volume. We take on a small number of engagements at a time so that every search receives our full attention and every candidate is treated as the person they are, not a profile to be moved.

We begin by understanding not just the role, but the household, the dynamic, and the long-term vision. Then we identify and approach candidates who meet that brief quietly, directly, and with the same discretion we’d expect from the people we place.

We represent a limited number of candidates at any time people whose integrity, professionalism, and judgment we can stand behind. If we’re working with you, we’re advocating for you.

Estate Manager

This is a leadership position requiring financial acuity, vendor management, staff oversight, and the ability to maintain impeccable standards across one or more properties without being asked twice. Personal & Executive Assistant

Household Manager

This role sits at the center of the household coordinating staff, managing vendors, and ensuring the home operates to the standard the principal expects, every day. The right person handles a last-minute dinner for twelve and a contractor dispute in the same afternoon without the principal ever knowing there was a problem.
Typically placed with: Busy private households, often dual-career couples or families, who need a capable presence running the home so they don’t have to think about it.
Private Chief of Staff

A private chief of staff is the most senior role we place. We don’t post and pray. We maintain a curated network of vetted professionals and approach candidates directly and confidentially. Most of the people we place are not actively looking, they’re simply open to the right opportunity.

It depends on the role and the specificity of the brief. We’d rather take three weeks longer than move quickly and place the wrong person. When we begin a search, we give you an honest timeline and we keep you informed throughout.

Yes. While we have roots in South Florida and Indiana, we work with clients and candidates nationally. Private household and executive roles often require geographic flexibility, and so do we.

We work on a retained or contingency basis depending on the nature of the engagement. Fees are discussed transparently during your initial consultation there are no surprises.

Completely. We do not share client or candidate information with anyone outside of the immediate search engagement. NDAs are available upon request, though most of our clients find our discretion speaks for itself.

We stand behind our placements. If something isn’t working within the agreed guarantee period, we’ll re-engage the search. We’d rather solve the problem than walk away from it.
